Just Buggy

Clubs Primary Project(s):

We are an Entomology Club. We enter boxes in the Westmoreland Fair. We are crazy about insects and if you like them too, this is the club for you! We pin, collect, raise and teach others. It a great time!

Club Information: We do bug hunting, night lighting, informatiaon talks, make bug boxes and mobile insects. We work the live butterfly house and insect zoo at the Westmoreland Fair.

We have approximately 33 youth members, ages 5-18. We have members from Connellsville, Norwin, Mt. Pleasant, and Greensburg. Actually all over Westmoreland County.
Meeting information: We meet the 2nd Friday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Westmoreland County Extension Office.
