American Lung Association – Freedom From Smoking is an adult cessation program available online at www.lungusa.org (free).  1-800-LUNGUSA

American Respiratory Alliance – Offers adult and teen smoking cessation classes as well as facilitator training call 1-800-220-1990.   Adult cessation programs include:

• "Getting Ready to Quit” – a free one-session program
• “21-day Personal Reduction Program” – a free 21-day program
• “Smoke Free For Life” – a nine–session program (seven sessions with two follow-up classes)  These classes can be held in the workplace or in a community center.  There is a $50.00 fee per participant and a one-time administrative fee of $150.00. Minimum of 10 participants.
• “Take Control” – a four-session cessation program that is the condensed form of the nine-session “Smoke free for Life” program.  There is a $30.00 fee per participant and a one-time $75.00 administrative fee.
