Cindy K. Arblaster - Extension Educator/4-H and Youth

Program emphasis focuses on urban youth development. She is involved with providing educational programming to 4-H youth, families and volunteers. She works to provide these opportunitities at a county, regional and state level. She is the mother of one daughter. In her free time, Cindy enjoys reading, hiking, volunteering and 4-H activities.

 
Libby Booher - Secretary/Family Living
Dori Campbell - Extension Educator/Nutrition, Health & Food Safety

Dori, a Registered Dietitian, is developing an education program with a broad focus to include food safety; contemporary food issues such as irradiation and biotechnology; nutrition and wellness across the life span; and youth development. She is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Nutrition.

 
Linda Cray - Office Manager & Secretary/Agriculture

Linda provides overall office support, general book keeping and coordination of clerical support.

  Patty Graff - Assistant Extension Educator, Early Learning, Better Kid Care
Dustin Heeter - Extension Educator/Livestock Production

Dustin is based in Westmoreland County, but also works in Armstrong and Indiana Counties. He has a BS Degree in Animal Science from Delaware Valley College. He is currently Vice President of Northwest PA Polled Hereford Association. Besides operating his own Hereford cow calf operation, Dustin enjoys hunting and fishing

MaryAnn Herd - Program Assistant/4-H & Youth

MaryAnn provides support to the 4-H program on a county and regional level. She provides education in the public schools through the 4-H School Enrichment Programs and coordinates and implements life skills training to youth through the Children's Bureau. MaryAnn also volunteers as organizational leader of the Llamas-R-Us 4-H club of Westmoreland Co. She manages the family farm "Happy Herd Llamas" with the help of her husband and two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys spinning wool and sewing.

 
Linda Hyatt - Program Assistant/Horticulture

Linda has an A.A.S. in Landscape Development from W.C.C.C. She is the Westmoreland County Penn State Master Gardener Coordinator. In addition to her love of gardening, Linda enjoys camping , bicycling and walking.

  Candice Lockett - EFNEP - Nutrition Education Advisor
Joann E. Logan - Extension Educator/4-H & Youth

Joann coordinates the 4-H Youth Development Program in Westmoreland County with emphasis on local 4-H club development. She is responsible for resource & program management, volunteer training and youth involvement at county, regional and state levels. Joann has been working with 4-H youth and adult leader development since 1979. She is the mother of three children and particularly enjoys working with the 4-H teens.

Belva McKlveen - Secretary/ 4-H & Youth
Eric Oesterling - Extension Educator/Agriculture & Horticulture

Eric works with commercial fruit and vegetable growers in southwest Pennsylvania. He works with commercial and home horticulture in Westmoreland County. Eric provides pesticide training for farmers and commercial horticulture , some farm crops and forestry.

  Vicki Oles - Extension Educator, PA Tobacco Prevention Program
Linda Pinazza - EFNEP Nutrition Education Advisor

Linda has coordinated Westmoreland Co. EFNEP programs since 1981. She works with pregnant and parenting teens to influence and educate on proper nutrition during pregnancy, infancy & early childhood. Linda also teaches nutrition through 4-H school enrichment programs throughout the county. She is the wife of Charles Pinazza, they have three children and one grandson. Linda is currently the President of PA PEPPA.

  Dottie Ridinger - Program Aide, Youth Tobacco
 

Dana Rizzo - Extension Educator, Water Quality

Dana is a native of Westmoreland County. She has a BS in Education from IUP, and an MS in Park and Resource Management & Environmental Education from Slippery Rock University. Dana coordinates educational programming focusing on water quality and water resources. In her spare time, she enjoyes spending time with her husband, while riding their horses and rockcrawling, as well as boating, hunting, and playing ball with their dog.

  Antonia Redigan - Program Assistant/PA Tracks
Carol Sadowski - Extension Educator/EFNEP and PA Tracks

Supervisor of the Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in the Southwest Region. Her areas of responsibilities include Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. Carol is co-project Director of the PANEP project in Westmoreland County. Carol is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughter.

  Onedia Sedok, EFNEP Nutrition Education Advisor
Gary L. Sheppard - County Extension Director, Extension Educator, Agriculture/Dairy

Gary provides administrative support and leadership for the Westmoreland Extension Office. He develops educational programs for dairy producers in all aspects of farm management. Gary enjoys free time with his wife and three children on a small sheep farm in Westmoreland's rolling hills.
